Serena's Going To France!!!
I'm sure you've probably all heard by now, but our little Serena will be flying off to Paris in the Spring! Once we've made it through the birthdays, and Christmas, we'll need to start fundraising for her trip. (She needs to raise approx. $1000 by April). I've very excited for her to have this opportunity!

Wie Wie! Serena! I was there in December and would be more than happy to give you a few tips. The food is incredible and there is MUCH to see and do. The french men are... well... let's just say they appreciate the fine arts more than Americans do. I will help make sure you raise enough money if you promise to bring me back some sand from Normandy beach.
Meggan lived in Paris for six months. You should talk to her also. Maybe it will save me from having to hear about France anymore.
Hey -- I lived in Paris for a while when I was a little older than Serena (no host family!!) so would love to talk before she goes, if she wants. I AM SO EXCITED FOR HER!!!! -- Meggan
If Serena doesn't respond to you, don't take it personal. She still doesn't have internet at home, and she can't use it at school for things like this. She's not here all that much, either, so she doesn't have access to our family blog except for very sporadically. She IS excited about going to France, though! :)
